Returns & Exchanges Policy

General Terms:
Due to the specialized nature of our athletic apparel, all sales are generally final, and returns for refunds are not accepted.
Size & Preference Exchanges:
If your item does not fit or does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange for an item currently in stock. Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will promptly provide a replacement from our stock at no additional cost and cover all associated shipping fees.
Conditions & How to Apply
2-Day Notice Requirement:
You must contact us via email at info@olynstone.com within 2 calendar days of delivery (based on the tracking timeline in your local destination country) to receive pre-authorization before shipping any items back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Item Eligibility Criteria:
Returned items are subject to physical inspection and must strictly meet the following criteria:
Items must be in original, brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Items must be free from any stains, makeup, odors, or physical damage.
All original manufacturer tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact and attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request or unauthorized return that fails to meet these standard conditions or falls outside the 2-day contact window.
